Improve your adsl broadband connection speed
While surfing the internet, I came across this post It describes how by disconnecting a wires you can improve the adsl connection. i did not test it yet, but i think i'll do soon here is the original post

This is very UK specific, in fact in Egypt the mentioned "ring" pair is not being used, so we have only one pair, I wouldn't recommend messing with the cables as long as there's no distortion or noise on the line, one tirck that works here though is to invert the pair, but only when you're facing problems

i tried the invert of pair for a friend that had a problem in the line and it worked fine
